Welfare departments · study circles · district coaching drives

Mock tests for every student in the programme, and a monthly report that shows who took them.

BC, SC, ST and minority welfare departments, study circles, and skill and employment departments already pay for coaching. Physical classes reach the students who can travel to a centre. Pareeksha puts the weekly mock on each enrolled student’s own phone, in Telugu, Hindi or English, and gives the department a district-by-district record of what happened.

What the department gets

Onboarding from the beneficiary listWe load your list (name, mobile, district, centre) with your team at set-up, or students join by link, QR code or a short join code. They sign in with an OTP on their own mobile. No e-mail, no app-store account.
District-to-state dashboardEnrolled, active, tests taken, average percentile, top performers and inactive students for every district and centre, updated as each test closes.
Monthly impact reportA printable report in the department’s name, to attach to a utilisation certificate or take to a review meeting. Every figure traces back to individual attempts.
Mocks on a fixed scheduleState-wide or district-wise mocks on a fixed day, with a rank list across the programme. It also tells centre staff which students need help.
Co-branded student siteThe department’s name and logo on the student site, for example “BC Welfare Department × Pareeksha”. Beneficiaries see no Pareeksha ads and no upsells.
Papers in the state’s languageState PSC, police, teacher-recruitment and central exams in Telugu, Hindi and English. Each student chooses the language they study in.

A nodal officer’s week

Once the programme is running, this is the whole routine. The weekly mock and the reports run on their own; the officer’s time goes on the centres that need a call.
